• Independent Peer Review of Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), Department of Public Health, Community Guidance Center - Conducted comprehensive assessment of the quality, appropriateness, and efficacy of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration Block Grant-funded treatment services of CNMI.

Program Evaluation Services

• Substance Abuse Prevention Projects - conducted comprehensive and culturally relevant program evaluation services for numerous U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), as well as State of Hawaii, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division (ADAD) funded projects. Non-profit agency clients include: Bay Clinic, Inc., Lanai Youth Center, Family Support Services of West Hawaii, Boys and Girls Club of Maui, YMCA Camp Erdman, Kauai Economic Opportunity, Kalihi YMCA, and Orange County Bar Foundation (Santa Ana, CA). We also assisted many of these non-profit agencies with their grant proposals to obtain these funding.

• Substance Abuse Treatment Projects - conducted comprehensive and culturally relevant program evaluation services for a number of U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) as well as County of Hawaii funded projects. Service providing clients include: Marimed Foundation, Maui Youth and Family Services, and Drug Addiction Services of Hawaii.

• HIV/AIDS Prevention Projects - Ke Ola Mamo, Honolulu Community Action Program.

• Distributed Generation Industry Forum - Joint Department of Defense (at Kaneohe Marine Corp Base Hawaii) - meeting planning, and logistical support services in support of an industry forum in August 2007. The focus of the event was on the aquisition of Distributed Generation Energy, including but not limited to the production of Renewable Energy for the DOD.
